You are right, the prices are too good to last. The error people commonly make is to wait and see if they can get something better. When they realize they can´t, they try to go back to the previous ones and the flats have already been booked. That happened to me in Argentina when I wanted to rent buenos aires apartments. I thought it was not right to book the first one I saw, so I went to look for more. When I decided the best one was the first I had seen, that one had been booked by another tourist. I learnt my lesson!
